Using the Constitution to Commit Treason, One Step at a Time

While I am always glad to be an Oath Keeper, from time to time a message is sent to me that really makes me quake. In this particular instance, a few minutes of verification was all it took before I found myself on the WhiteHouse.Gov information board getting the scoop straight from the horse's mouth.

The message I received sounded like one of those crack-pot conspiracy messages that flood my e-mail inbox. The message said, "President Obama surrenders US Sovereignty." Considering all the talk about a One-World Government that has been flying around the last few months, I figured I would take a look.

The link to ThreatsWatch.Org, a website that I have traditionally regarded as being near the kook fringe on the Right, had a few startling things to say about some Executive Order that Barack Obama signed on the 17th of December:

By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

Some more scratching at the surface revealed an article from PatriotRoom.Com. Now I had never heard of these guys, and--being one of the dregs of the new media myself--I know how prone information is to misinterpretation. I try to make sure that I am both skeptical about the information I receive, and honest about my conclusions once I have reviewed it.

If it seems like I am taking a long time to get to the point, it is because I cannot believe this whole mess myself and am hoping that by taking you through my investigation step-by-step, you can show me where I am wrong on this. Anyway, here is what the Patriot Room had to say:

This section of the Act is the legal force behind all those "diplomatic pouches" we see in movies that cannot be inspected.

Before we get our knickers in a bunch, there is logic to this immunity. While we like our Constitution and laws, other countries like their Constitution and laws. It doesn't matter if the concept of personal freedom is more expansive here. If we expect immunity in their country, we have to extend it to them here. So we're somewhat stuck - we need to dwell in reciprocity.

 They do a brief analysis and conclude:

It means that we have an international police force authorized to act within the United States that is no longer subject to 4th Amendment Search and Seizure. The "property and assets of [INTERPOL], wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation."

INTERPOL, an international criminal police organization, is now poised to reside above the United States Constitution - in a place of sanctity beyond our FBI, CIA, DIA, and all other criminal investigatory domestic organizations.

President Obama has just placed our Constitutional rights under international law.

 Of course, while I gave you the spoiler of the article, it opens with a link to a World Net Daily piece on the same subject. World Net Daily is a much more reputable source, even though it is still on the fringe--even according to the Alternative Media giants. Quoting ThreatsWatch.Org, WND says:

"For an added and disturbing wrinkle, INTERPOL's central operations office in the United States is within our own Justice Department offices. They are American law enforcement officers working under the aegis of INTERPOL within our own Justice Department. That they now operate with full diplomatic immunity and with 'inviolable archives' from within our own buildings should send red flags soaring into the clouds," they said.

WND, of course does its own homework and digs up this gem at David Horowitz's Newsreal, and suddenly I find myself on the path to mainstream news organizations. Of course, it leads back to ThreatsWatch.Org, so I remain not fully convinced, especially considering per the mainstream media's M.O., they don't investigate at all.

More scratching leads me to WhiteHouse.Gov and then to the Inter-Parliamentary Union website, where my worst fears are realized: This is not bunk! Then I finally get the whole thing tied together by the Newark Examiner, who actually gets the cool points associated with being in the mainstream media and actually conducting the business of journalism.

They cross-referenced different sources including the aforementioned ThreatsWatch article as well as the articles on Hot Air and National Review Online.

While the Administration is waiting for the full list of prerequisites to be fulfilled in order to place the United States under the full sovereignty of their New World Order, I suggest that we do not wait any longer. The time has come to draft the leader that the American People need to get this new Patriot Movement organized and mobilized. We are being backed into a corner, step-by-step, and soon the only recourse will be Revolution. I don't want it to go that far, mainly because we can stop it now. We are entering a new year, an election year.

We need to kill the Health Care disaster. We need to immolate the designs of Congress and the President for "Cap and Trade" and the other environmental regulations being spewed out by the EPA. We need a leader to bring us all together in one massive movement to flush the corruption out of Congress.

Finally, we need to look into articles of Impeachment for this President on the basis of Treason against the Republic. We must stop this despot before he becomes a Tyrant. The time is now.
